Goals - A New Project

Goals work perfectly for me.
If I have something to work towards I often work so much harder towards it.

So...
each week I am going to make a simple goal for myself.
It may be something I have to do everyday,
it may be something to be done during that week...
it will all depend on how I'm feeling and what I want to try and accomplish.

This week my goal is to simply drink 1.5L of water each day

What works best for you?
Any tips for me?

I think sometimes it's much easier to set small goals, than go for the bigger ones, which tend to overwhelm us. I've been thinking about setting goals lately. Good goal with the water.
